Our Overlapping Reliability Model ensures that the Client Services Supervisor or Client Services Manager will provide coverage to ensure uninterrupted care.
How do you ensure the
quality of care?
Supervisors and Managers conduct regular in-home check-ins, on site supervisions, and ongoing training to help maintain standards of care. Client and family feedback is also highly valued.
How much does non-medical home care cost?
Costs vary based on level of care, and hours required, but typically range between $28–$32 per hour. There may be discounts for long-term or full-time care.
Does insurance cover
home care services?
Private pay is common, but some services may be covered by long-term care insurance, life insurance with living benefits, or reverse mortgages.
Do you require a long-term contract?
We offer flexible agreements without long-term commitments.
How do I pay for services?

Care usually starts within 24–72 hours, depending on the urgency and availability of caregivers. However, immediate care can be arranged in urgent situations.
Can I try the service
before committing?
We may offer trial periods or short-term care options on a case-by-case basis.
What if we are not
satisfied with our caregiver?
We may make a replacement if required. However, we will not make changes based on race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, citizenship or veterans’ status.
